What do pending points mean?
Pending points for 14 days to take into account returns and any other unforeseen circumstances and return windows.
Can I cancel my rewards if I decide not use or redeem accidentally?
Active rewards expire if not redeemed and the points are returned to your points balance. Please note this can take up to 12 hours to process.
Where can I check my point balance?
