Can I change my order?
We’re unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve hit the ‘place order’ button, this includes the following:
- Changing the item or size
- Delivery/billing address
- Adding items to your order
- Shipping method

How do I track my order?
With a Dopeops account – Log into your account through the online store, check out the fulfilment status against your recent order. If the order has been fulfilled, click onto the order information & you can find your tracking information there.
Without a Dopeops account – As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email titled “Your order is on the way”. You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email. If you haven’t received an email yet, not to worry! We’re working on getting this to you ASAP.

Where do I put my discount code?
On a computer – Once you’ve reached the checkout, you will see the discount code box in the top right hand corner.
On a mobile phone – Once you reach the checkout you will see a box for this to be dropped into.
Can I use a discount code to purchase my gift card?
No. We are not able to deduct the discount amount from the price of a gift card. If your order has more items than just the gift card, the discount amount will be taken off these items, but not the price of the gift card.
How do I purchase a gift card?
You can purchase a Gift Card via the accessories page on our website. Gift Cards are not physically shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Gift Card code.
How do I create an account?
Creating an account with us is as simple as heading to the account page and creating one. If you’ve already ordered with us, drop the customer service team a note and we’ll send you an invite to create your account. Once you have an account you can keep track of orders, save delivery information and much more…
How do I delete my Dopeops account?
If you want to delete your account, please email [email protected] and the team will do this for you.
When is an item coming back in stock?
For items that are likely to be restocked soon, there is a “Email me when back in stock” button on the product page which allows an email update when product is restocked. All restocks are advertised via our socials also. If you are still unsure, please email [email protected] for an estimate date.
